Rose Lift Bulls Against Rockets in OT

Bulls point guard Derrick Rose is awesome. He refused to let the Bulls lose Saturday night at home against the Rockets.

Soon after hitting this buzzer beater to force overtime he went on to control the OT and guide the Bulls to win leading all scorers having 30 points 11 assists 4 rebounds and had a career high 5 steals.

Bulls won 119-116 and will deal with the Oklahoma City Thunder Monday at the UC.

Where will LeBron James Go?

Its been a wild week for NBA as the most sought after free agent and the season MVP LeBron James still needs to select a team where he will play for the next season. There are so many teams that are interested in getting the King for their teams such as the Dallas Mavericks, Chicago Bulls, Miami Heat, New Jersey Nets, New York Knicks, and Cleveland Cavaliers. Most of these teams have already free up their Salary Cap Spaces for the upcoming season and hoping to get King James.

Russian businessman Mikhail Prokhorov, the owner of New Jersey Nets have already spoken that he is interested in getting Lebron. He even said that he would show LeBron the whole world and make him a multi-millionaire. Chicago Bulls also shows interest in James as the Bulls have already freed up the Cap Space for James. Cleveland have sign a new coach in hoping will lead James to Championships.

Now, in this week there are so many rumors about Lebron wanting to play with other All Star players just to win a championships. The latest rumor is that LeBron is wanting to play to the Miami Heat as he will play along with two All star players like Chris Bosh and Dwane Wade.

As of the moment we doesnt know where will LeBron James go. But we will all find out as James will announce at 9 p.m. ET Thursday weather he will play for Heat, Cleveland Cavaliers, Chicago Bulls, New York Knicks or New Jersey Nets.

Los Angeles Lakers wins Championship in Game 7

The series ended in a game 7, the Los Angeles Lakers finally wins the NBA Championship. The game score is Lakers 83, Celtics 79 and the Lakers secured their 16th NBA Championship, and defended the title last year. This was the Lakers third straight final appearance and win the last two. The first appearance in 2008 was also againts the Boston Celtics. Now it may called a sweet revenge for the Lakers as they have beaten the Celtics in this year’s NBA Championship.

Cris Bosh Injured – Face First on an Elbow

The Raptors faced the Cavs last Tuesday, April 6, 2010 in Quicken Loans Arena, Cleveland, OH where the Raptors fell into a trap by the Cavs and loss the game. Also bad news happens when the Raptors star player Chris Bosh injured himself in a freak accident just right minutes after the start of the game. The accident happen when Cavaliers forward Antawn Jamison inadvertently crashed his elbow down on the right side of Bosh’s face as Jamison reached for a pass. Bosh was rushed to hospital after the accident.

The doctors said that Chris was diagnosed with a maxilla and nose fracture. He returned to the arena before the end of the game but did not fly to Toronto with the team on the charter afterward, instead remaining in hospital in Cleveland for further evaluation and treatment, the team said in a release.

It looks like the Raptors will have a hard time playing games without their star player as the season progresses.

The Godfather of all action film looks like going to make a new movie. This time he will play as Pat Riley as the 80′s Los Angeles Lakers head coach. The film is still tentative but a god source that it will be entitled as the “Showtime”. He will be the head coach of that great Lakers dynasty during the 80s in which handles stars as Magic Johnson, Kerem Abdul Jabbar. Production has apparently been fast tracked, although the director and studio involved with this project remain unknown. Stay tuned.

The Final 4 Teams of 2010 NCAA Basketball Tournament

It has been one of the most thrilling year of college basketball as we saw a whirlwind of upsets and underdogs this season. After the March Madness, the final 4 teams are already here ready to take on the other top teams in this year’s 2010 NCAA Basketball Tournament. The four teams are the Duke, Michigan State, Butler, and West Virginia. On the schedule, it the game will be Michigan State vs Butler University and West Virginia vs Duke.

Even though Michigan State and Butler are both number fives, it is the Bulldogs who are true giant slayers and the real underdog entering the final four. They have knocked off a number one and a number two – Syracuse and Kansas State. They play sound defense and stress fundamentals, and look to be on the “Cinderella Path” as we enter the final three games.

Michigan State beat a twelve, a four, a nine and a six seed to get here. True, they have Coach Izzo, who is a proven commodity in March, but like Kentucky the Spartans have benefited from some lucky wins and gift calls from the refs.

West Virginia is the lone survivor from the division that had the most teams in the tournament, the Big East. They only beat a fifteen, ten and eleven to get to the Elite Eight. They did take out number one Kentucky, but Big Blue, as has been pointed out here, was young and inexperienced, and had a few lucky breaks down the stretch. Luck only carries you so far and sooner or later the mistakes of youth catch up with you.

The tournament has proven that though they had the most entries, the Big East was soft, and it is unlikely that a representative from the division wins it all.

Butler seems to be the most battle-tested, and they have that look of destiny about them. They have the ability to force opponents to play their style, and along with attractive odds at 4-1 they represent the best value at this point in the tourney.
